Hope he gets to prove his worth with us but if not good luck and you'll have a good player on your hands who will gain you vital points Andrew james gregory . Not sure but i think you'll get to keep him one way or another.

That's the rumours down in pompey that he will stay for the season .but you no in footie things change quickly. We alo hoping to keep lavery from sheff wednesday they have built a good understanding.

Dear Pompey-Fan. In all honesty I don't know and right about now...I dont care. Players out on loan are of little concern. If you have any spare cash...why not test our clubs resilience in the JTW? We need to reduce our playing squad...free up wages.....and with a bit of luck...bring some transfer-cash into the club......McNulty is a reasonable striker who will do well in L2...that said.....I think that is about his level. I may be proved wrong........wouldn't be the first time.....but hey ho................

Oh sorry, slightly confused by the accent. Thought it was south west, Plymouth and not south coast, Portsmouth . oooarh oooarh ay.
PS, What type of jumpers do you drape down there (could be a deciding factor in his decision)?

You said the W word ,to avoid abuse and being perceived as a nob don't do it again.

A League 2 level player, let us remember, who has scored against Southampton and QPR. His record is good and maybe we should recall him to give him a more sustained opportunity to make his mark.

His boots are doing the talking....beware patronising south coast teams, there is a lot more money and ambition down there than maybe you realise.

Pompey will get promoted with or without McNulty but if they keep him for the season he'll score the goals to win them the league.

Always liked his goals, not really impressed with his mates and a gamble with us as to whether he would wake up and do the business..

I guess you can't get further than Portsmouth and away from his pals... Or have they followed him?

I don't think he can compete with a fully functioning Matt Done or Billy and if Che wants a career in football then him neither. So best off selling even if he is the type of player who will come back and haunt us.

What do the Pompey landladies think? Their deciding vote I say...

No brainer then if it's down to the land ladies

If Pompey really want him then they can put some cash on the table for him.

For me he can go... Hes a half decent player but probably 3rd/4th choice... plus hes a bit of a d**k off of the field and not someone I'd want around my squad.

At the time he signed either him or his dad tweeted that it was til the end of the season and then retracted it after having it pointed out that that was against the rules. So I can see there being a gentleman’s agreement in place for you to keep him. It’s a shame because the lad has shown on occasion for us that he has ability and is one of the better natural finishers I’ve seen represent the blades. It seems the problems with him are attitude based what with his “entourage” and a purported Billy big bollocks mentality. If he gets his head right and puts the work in, he could be a very good league 1 and maybe even championship striker. If not, he’ll probably still make a career as a lower league journeyman who starts well at every club before pissing everyone off and then moving on and repeating the cycle.

One of the calmest and most clinical one-on-one cahnce takers we've had for many a year.

All-round play limited, but with the right support could be a 20 goal a season man in L1.

He never had the "right support" with us, he played most of his games in defensive, cautious sides. He needs men up there around him.

Swindon away last year he was a real fox in the box in the face of an abysmal team performance. Mind you the amount of ale I'd supped up that hill, meant my Gran looked like a fox in the box that day..

Sell him, he will score against, us but he is the type of player we don't want anymore.. A toxic type.

A decent whip round from the Pompey landladies may just tilt it...

Basically he has the talent (even to do well in league 1) but has a bad attitude (with party friends).

I'm on the fence whether we should keep him or sell.
Now we know why Clough often seemed to have a downer on him (even when he was scoring).

You will be keeping him for the rest of the season. He likes his drink far too much for a modern day professional footballer

Pompey like him and will be applying for an extension of the loan.

No news of him out and about on the sauce.
