Hecky: the Thinker (& Defender)
McCall: the Experienced & Respected Motivator (& Midfielder)
Lester: the Talent Spotter (& Striker)

Hecky and Lester have the experience and knowledge with the yoofs that we are obviously going to be using more of.

I’d like to see a younger, progressive voice in the mix to compliment the experience of the other 3. Got nobody particular in mind; but surely plenty of young coaches out there with new ideas to add to the group?

If this really is a long term plan with an eye on the future, surely we need to be having some kind of progressive thinking/ideas on the coaching side from day one?

Watch it be Gage or "Mr Monotone" Kozluck.

The final piece in the coaching jigsaw needs to be in the same mould as a Roy Keane or Patrick Viera type.
A hard as nails, uncompromising bastard ex player, who can balance all the other coaches because they are all nice guys.
It’s also the kind of player we need at defensive midfield, to compliment the skills of MGW, Berge and Didzy.

Seeing as this staff definitely has a theme to it hence your shout of monty YorkBlade i don’t know about the last coach but I do wonder if this staff stays together for a while which would indicate it’s had some success if we might make an approach for Bromby to add to recruitment department he’s done a decent job with no money to play with for Huddersfield.

My outside shout for the other coach is Richard Cresswell left his role overseeing Leeds academy coaching in 2019 and seems well thought of but can’t see him working anywhere at present.

Bill Bellichik. Knows how to coach a good defence and also likes to steal other teams gameplans ala Bielsa. Would also increase the Buffalo Bills chances of reaching the playoffs.
We don't need any help from that cunt.

We'll stick with Sean

Tony Daley has been out of the game for a few years since leaving Wolves. We need a Head of Sports Science. Conditioning will be critical over a 46 game season. Still only 54 and was conditioning coach at the Lane when McCall was last here.
I actually read that as Tom Daley. You can make your own jokes up.

Just missing a keeper as part of the management team...

Welcome aboard Paddy! 😂

Who is the one with the bun, i thought he came with slav but was warming up with the team today
So did I, Ricky Holmes look alike, always makes me smile, is he the kit man? or is it some bloke who hops over the wall and joins in and not been rumbled yet.
Guards them footballs with his life, always makes sure they all go back in his bin bag, good pre kick off entertainment watching him, didn't see him at half time yesterday though

Dean Hammond.
Just think of all the unseen work we could do to mesmerise the opposition. Could probably find a way to put an extra couple of players on the pitch.

Whitehurst?

D'Jaffo as a finishing coach. Come to think of it, is he already theer??

I'm on a different career trajectory mate but thanks all same.

Besides, I couldn't work with McBurnie (brains of a Scarecrow) and don't even get me started on Burke...

How about we do smg radical, someone from outside Yorkshire....

This.

Pinchy did have some merit on how we obssess over the birthplace of our players and staff. Yes, it's nice when we have a Sheffield Utd fan as arguably our best ever player and captain but that's an exception and not a rule.

I'm assuming that with Stuart McCall as assistant we are looking for someone to compliment Lester as first team coach. Perhaps there's a coach at Forest Green or Stockport County that's contributing towards their recent success with fresh ideas on the training pitch?

Credibility, not sentiment.

Did well from what I remember too. Good shout.

We are still incredibly wasteful in the final 3rd. I would like an attacking coach who can teach attacking positioning, decision making and delivery. On the balance of play yesterday we should have scored more than 2. I'm not sure if such specialist coaches exist but that's what I think we need
