You all have probably received an email about setting up a new account. Done mine without any issue and linled this to my old customer number again no problem.
But how do I link family to this account so I can purchase for my son. FAQ says there is a step by step guide but it does not appear to be an active link.
Anybody got any ideas I have emailed the club and will post a response if i get one.

I've tried a couple of times and given up. For some reason all the emails I get from SUFC are now addressed to my youngest daughter. It's a shite system.

Family and friends should still work after your link established.

Can't you change this in your profile

When I've tried to buy tickets in the past, I've added both my kids in and it just keeps erroring saying I can't buy them.

This was for the Watford game so a while ago now so can't remember why exactly. It was something to do with the loyalty points although I have enough the kids don't. Although they were apparently on general sale at this point so god knows why it was saying that.

Gave up in the end as it seemed my only option was to queue up outside the ticket office or hold on the phone for hours.

It seems from the reply I received I dont need to do anything as I have purchased tickets before "You would need to link him in the ticketing environment, not on the central login. If you have purchased online for him before his details will already be in your ticketing account. "

Not sure if you were trying bang on 9am but I know at the start of the season when I was trying to get away tickets the system wouldn't recognise the lower points threshold until about 5 past.

Obviously if there's limited availability you dont want to piss about taking tickets in and out of your basket in case you dont get any at all.

Tbh, when I received that email earlier I was thinking the worst, have had issues with our ticket office on more than one occassion.

The Friends and Family does come across when you are setup, click on your name at the top RH corner

So seems to have worked ..... especially like the bit where the first 100 to register get extra loyalty points 👍

and first dibs at the 1st restricted attendence game when we start back

Just thought I'd go on and check. Had to re-register. Asking for my customer number to link the old account to the new account. Absolutely no idea what that number might be. Obviously, name, address, Date of Birth, email address and phone number are not enough to go on

Do you have a membership card / ST? Should be on there IIRC.

Yep, this does seem like incredibly bad planning
Best get onto it tomorrow then 😫

Suspect this means something season tickety is imminent. Trying to get people signed up to this new one before they announce stuff.

Could also be a GDPR purge of the non ticketing systems maybe

You have to let the kid take responsibility sometime mate! Now stop complaining or she’ll send you to bed without any tea.

Mine has worked fine. Insisted on a landline number though to continue. I can see all my F&F and my purchase history.

Not had any email, should I be worried? Also didn't get an email about the Now TV voucher codes. Had to contact the box office after reading about them on here.

the new login details were mentioned at the bottom of the new away kit launch on the main site...theres a couple links to tutorial vids explaining how to set up the new account and then how to link your old one to it..but you do need your old customer number cos thats what it asks for.when linking....It was all pretty straight forward as log as you have your old number, you might be bolloxed if you dont though.

i just happened to notice it in the away kit news.....i had no comms from the club

after completing the set up and link, I went into to matchday tickets and all my old family and friends was still in there

Done mine, worked ok apart from it took me an hour to click back to my DOB! 🤨

Why do web designers think everyone was born recently?
Plus why, unless you're registering a new born, would you need the calendar to start today for your DOB!!!???

Everything worked fine although not sure why I had to enter all my details again.

All Family and friends were transferred OK.

I thought I’d cracked this with the linking through the profile page.

However, just tried going from there to tickets and get 404 Page not found message. Ditto swapping to other SUFC sections and back. Alternatively it keeps taking me to SUFC TV sign in!

What a tinpot system. There can only be 30,000 or so members. Designing a system for SUFC members with a link to ticketing website is at a GCSE or A level IT student project who’s getting paid to design this website?

For the love of valued fans United GET IT SORTED, IT DOESNT WORK!
