Why is this Coulibaly shout continuously coming. He played ok vs Wrexham for 45 minutes. He’s no better than Norwood/ Berge/ McAtee/ Doyle. Such a risk throwing him in but he needs more minutes from the bench I’ll accept that

This. If we tightened up defensively, we'd be fine. But we're making lots of individual mistakes at the moment, midfield and defence, putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves and then losing concentration defensively.

Ignore overlapping wingback against Watford. Concentrate on actual defending. Wingbacks get forward but don't just play a wingers as Bogle often does.

See how that goes. A draw against Watford not the worst result but of we press them they will make mistakes.

I am a Lowe fan but he has been poor this year. If you look at the ratings on the matchday section he has only had 1 good game against Swansea. Missing RND and some decent competition for places on that side.
Lowe and JLT without a decent defensive midfielder sat in front of them is a car crash and been exploited big style in the last 2 games. I might even be tempted to put Clark in at LCB and move JLT to LWB

Aye, Clark will make a huge difference if he can stay fit, RND will when he returns, and I'd agree there's a decent shout to get George back in, and try Coulibaly. At least we have some options, we just need to actually bastard well defend and get a challenge in.

Could Hecky not think of something radical, like you know, changing formation and playing 4 at the back rather than 5? Lots of other teams can do it successfully including the 2 who have beaten us this week.

Injuries haven’t been kind to us to say the least this last 12 months .. but one of my only criticisms of Hecky is I think he rotates to much to keep the squad happy . Where we are now approaching the business end of the season if the side wins .. start the same side & keep the continuity barring injury / suspension .
Creates a winning habit , competition for places & boosts confidence .
I do wonder some times if he puts names in a hat or has an appearance register ??

I'd be happier seeing something like this, though I'm loathed putting Berge in there. If Baldock was fit I'd slot him in at right back and swap Berge for Bogle. It would never happen though. Man I miss Norrington-Davies.
