Mee coming in after Tanganga seems like strong squad building.

Tbh, if Redmond was on cheap wages and came in after we got our first choice, I'd be happy with that. Wouldn't want him to be our top choice though.

You have Mee and Ings as the only senior players really.

Hamer/Tanganga/Campbell are probably a level below that.

Redmond would steady the ship further I think. Especially if we have the upheaval of a new manager.
