That’s the problem with ITK, sometimes it’s just copying other people’s ITK info, who were relaying other people’s ITK info.
So it just becomes Chinese whispers.

Well he's already spent 22m on a striker...and considering he plays 1 up top and already has Kodjia, perhaps he doesn't want to spend another 20m (considering they're already in the hole for 100m).

I think they've got a better £20m+ striker than Maupay. Whether he can hit the ground running in English football remains to be seen of course. The kid is epic in Football Manager...

Now we've signed Robinson, I wouldn't be surprised that we're looking more at McBurnie than Maupay. I know Maupay and Robinson are different players but I read an article on Robinson and that he benefits from playing off a bigger type although of course he played on the wing a lot for PNE. McBurnie would really complement all of the existing forwards in my view whereas I can't see Billy lining up alongside Maupay at an average height of 5.75ft. Only McGoldrick offers some aerial strength but its not his best asset. McBurnie's such a unit, I think he'll cause some real problems to defenders in the Prem. So will Maupay of course, but I just wonder if that's just not gonna happen now,
