Been saying for ages that Assombalonga would be a perfect signing for Wilder; I suspect he would bang goals in for fun in Wilder's United team. He's "failed" at Boro but that seems to be because he doesn't suit Pulis' tactics from what I've seen. The fact they've signed Hugill and have Gestede suggests that Assombalonga could struggle to get in there ... I'd love to see him at the Lane.

Also happy with the idea of Norwood. Don't know so much about Johnson.

I've heard this said several times now but it still makes no sense to me. Lunny and Coutts can't play together as they essentially do the same role in a different way, so if we play a flat 3 it wouldn't be Evans dropping out.

No, it will be Lunny...as we are bringing in a replacement for Evans.
When/If Coutts comes back fit he will play with Fleck plus one other. That may be the new signing
