As for the smoke bombs, I'm not sure the club can be held to blame for that. How do you police or steward that? That's just one or two morons.
good job you weren't at Sturm Graz vs Salzbury yesterday.. there were flares all over the place.. and.. the biggest goalkeeping howler i have ever seen.. i'll see if i can find some footage..
seriously. everybody chill
There was one set off at the back of G&H and then one "appeared" in the front of the Forest end.
After the trouble with the flare a few years ago, we'll more than likely be in bother. And it won't be seen as an isolated incident from the pitch invasion.
And to accuse me of trying to take the joy out of the game by posting about it is a little daft. I'm as happy as everyone else but I managed not to be a dickhead. Apparently it's wrong of me to apply those standards to other people?

i feel like the bloke that tried to stop the fight and got lamped for his troubleDon't get me wrong, I like an atmosphere, I also like the madness of the likes of the game you mention... it doesn't change the fact that we don't generally get away with these things and in my opinion was stupid to run onto the pitch when we took the lead against Forest, again.

Right I wasn't going to post this on an open forum due to the potential trouble for the club but seen as the majority of it is being discussed here goes. Just after the first goal I felt something hit my back and looked round, somebody behind pointed to the floor next to my daughters feet where there was a fire work that exploded right next to her. Thankfully she wasn't hurt at all but she was so upset we had to leave early, she was absolutely terrified and is considering never going again despite having been a season ticket holder for 5 years. We missed the 'magic' finish but I don't care, hopefully somebody will be caught and banned for life, we could have been looking at a serious injury. Whoever did it I hope you read this and turn yourself in.

Read my earlier reply - I didn't condone the smoke bombs. Fining us for the pitch invasion would be pathetic. I was aware of the smoke bomb at the back of the Kop as it was rank but not of one going in the Forest end.

Someone always has to post something negative
Come on really pitch invasions have always happened with giant killers in the FA cup, just because we are Sheffield United why should we be singled out for a fine because a few hundred mostly kids and teenagers got a little bit over excited.
he he. not 'those' flares.. silly![]()
I thought it came from the Forest fans myself but couldn't be 100% sure.

Definitely report that. I hate people who do stuff like that, they should not only be banned for life but face criminal charges. It's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured or worse because of these idiots.
