I just found out today that I'm going to miss all the games in Dec and the start of Jan due to neurosurgery. I'm absolutely gutted but I'm aiming to be back for the pig roast mark 2 on 14th Jan. Having had neurosurgery myself I can resonate with your situation. Dem Blades would have been a welcome distraction but sometimes you gotta watch from afar (although I did try sneaking out to BL just 4 hours after my surgery. Don’t do it. It’s not clever no matter how ‘hardcore’ you might think you are. I had excessive amounts of puss leaking from the 4 bolt holes in my cranium).
