Well I have always wanted a Blades season ticket. It is a right of passage isn't it. Are you a Blade?….NO….I am a Blades season ticket holder…..oh yeah.
I live in London, so it has not always been logistically prudent to buy one.
But seeing the mini season ticket offer…I thought… good value…lets go for it.

My only gripe is the marketing.
Having bought one. I didn't expect cherries on the top….but what I got through the door was…..tadaaahhhh….a ticket card in an envelope. Just that.

I feel like such a valued customer…not.
Where is the photocopied letter. Where is the shitty gift…a pencil case maybe…just saying…could do better.

Being the age I am and working for myself, I actually despair at times at what people in general expect from life these days.

We seem to live in world where what ever someone gets or what is said or what is promised is just not enough and out comes a complaint on whatever social media aspect it is.

There are many more problems around than this type of complaint - sorry. Rant over.

As for valued customer ? - you ARE - you are part of BEST supporters in the country.

All you had to do was ask and the pencil case would've been there

Think yourself lucky, I was used to getting a new plastic wallet every year as a full season ticket holder, with either a logo/photo of the lane or a player, with loads of lovely little stubs to pull out...

Then, they took that from me and furnished me with a swanky plastic card with a photo of the lane on it... Since then, the only thing new and shiny I get every year is the receipt - Not even a new design plastic card

Though, actually, I tell I lie, I got a badge this year when I could be bothered to collect it.
