Soumare, Chong and Ings off the bench gives us options. Talk of Selles being sacked is not only premature but ludicrous. He didn't have the tools. Now he's being given them. That was boardroom or strategic error. Give him some time. I mean a couple of months at least. A club that sacks manager after manager never achieves anything.

I think we'll improve. Possibly into a good team. Selles fits the owners' profile. So let's get behind them.

Share the concerns about the midfield but what's puzzling me a little is that now Matos has passed his medical, we've going to have Peck, Soumare, Matos, Arblaster, Davies all effectively vying for one spot if this is how he wants to set up regularly.

Obviously potential for maybe Peck going I guess.

Just seems overkill if this is how he's determined to play home and away.

It's not that though is it, you are always so negative and finding fault, 'if' pretty much everyone is predicting a loss you have to go a step further with a big loss, I know it's going to be difficult and I wouldn't be shocked at a defeat but you just seem to love always having a go, as I said, try and give it a rest.

Just cant fathom out what he's trying to achieve with the same failed midfield. The definition of insanity. Hes stubborn and refuses to see what we all have is that its the wrong formation. Boro will just drive straight through us. It hasnt worked in previous games why would it do now? Baffling. Subs bench looks much better but that will only work if the subs are made at the right time. Last match we only used three and two of them were after 80 minutes.

I like O'Hare great player but looking at the formation, this is like a Gerrard & Lampard all over again. O'hare should come on after 60 mins & we need a soumare to give us some more defensive solidarity
