Only making the clickbait better. Nobody he's saying he's worth that now. He's only in the last year of his contract
It's insinuating that though. It's irrelevant what he once went for.

Happy if this comes off. Experience played most of his career in prem. Great addition. Still would like a long term player though but I'm not been critical. He definitely improves/competitiveness in the team

Yeah I’m not hugely enthused by this lad, but I guess experience and the options are limited.
A loan and then look at some permanent solutions next season

Richaleson goal and Keane is in dreamland, it's a no from me he's hopeless

Lived up to his nickname of calamity today. Keane is well known amongst Toffees for being error prone. We don't need another in the back four so one to steer well clear of imo.

If we're genuinely interested in Omabamidele then wouldn't be interested in Keane at all unless we can't get the that over the line or is too expensive.

Championship is a completely different standard. He’d be a decent addition providing we’re not picking up all his tab

Exactly this, we need players that are good enough at championship level to get us promoted.

Worry about players that are good enough for the premier league if/when we get there.

Thing is, Everton haven't exactly been great in recent times have they. Players can suffer if the team is. Keane was superb at Burnley in the Prem, hence getting into the England team and getting a £25m move.

He's probably past his best but I would be confident he'd be excellent this season in Championship.

But, I do doubt this can happen due to Everton's squad depth.

Can we not do both ?

BBD was good enough for the Prem last season.
He's come from a team rock bottom of the Prem who are potentially record-breakingly bad and can't even get on the bench.

Last season he looked decent for one of the worst teams the PL has ever seen. Nobody else in the league will touch him, I'm buzzing he's here but he's not PL quality.

And we got Mark Duffy after Birmingham released him.
Brereton was PL quality last season.

Because he was a top end league 1 player, aye.

Enda Stevens was Champions League quality for us in our first season in the PL, it doesn't mean he was a Champions League player. Arsenal or Man City were never going to bid for him.

Why not ? Cooper and Burrows are and they arrived in the last window.
Why didn't a PL team buy Cooper or Burrows then given their low price?

There's a chance the pair might end up being PL players, but playing well for us in the Champ and taking us up doesn't make you PL quality.

Of our amazing promotion team under Wilder, how many were actually PL quality players? Henderson (loaner) and perhaps O'Connell? It's very rare.

True. However the team you refer to ended up with several players who could justifiably claim to be PL standard players.
We can only know when any players has had a decent go at it.
Buy talent now and see what happens, alongside bringing in experienced loanees to help us get there in the first place.

"perhaps O'Connell".
Seriously?

Majority of the team that finished 9th I'd say...
