....whoever you are;

Your first job is not to "give everyone a chance and see what they can do". Do your utmost to move on all the big earners, or cut their pay by 75%, immediately.

NONE of them are worth it.

Adams may have failed, but make no mistake, the players did too. And the majority are simply not good enough.

Be decisive. Clear the decks. You have nothing to lose. Nobody will be significantly missed. Those who will be slightly missed can be replaced for a fraction of the money.

There are no hero's who will risk your neck when you bin them. Leave no stone unturned.

My message would be to the new manager is to speak in your natural dialect.........

It's like the note that Alastair Darling left for George Osbourne.

There's no money left...

Still, agree with the OP

Top stuff alco - none of this Monty is the lifeblood of SUFC nonsense we got last summer.

This really is a fantastic chance for somebody!

Fancy the Director of Football job? ;)

dont sign spineless loan players, dont do a wednesday and think you can get out of league 1 by signing champ players in their late 30's that have been released. a get someone who we can idolise, a player who's name we can sing from the terraces.

oh, and beat the dirty snort beasts home and away.
