Yes, Hamson, Woodward and Edwards put us 3 up. Osgood and MacDougall replied for the Saints. I wasnt at the game because I was in my 5th year at my boarding school. My big regret was not seeing Geoff Salmons playing for us on a month's loan.Silent

I recall Cec Coldwell was caretaker and we were 3-0 up at half time. Pretty sure Colin Franks hit a ball which Woodward caught and put in a cross from which Edwards scored,but I can't recall our other goals.
I remember Peter Osgood scored for them,
