Just relaying information. Apparently there was a player there today having or has had a medical?, may have been getting a tour of the facilities or summat, I'm not the ITK.
It's the same ITK that was correct about Oshea and Riley last season though.
That's the only reason I posted. Never mind.

Why don't you ask him who it was then?

Why wouldn't medicals be done at the training ground?
They used to do them at Claremont, as I had a mate who worked there. Last I heard of them being done there was about 6 years ago though, so may have changed.

Oh shit, I never thought of that!!!!!
Or it could be that he didn't tell me because he doesn't know who it was????
Maybe, unlike yourself, he doesn't recognise every football player in, the world let's say!!!!!

Ooooooh hark at her.

It might have been Carter-Vickers then.

Once again we have a sensible thread taken over by the depraved, psychotic and generally childish posters :mad::mad:
Fuck me wrong post first :D:D

Do medicals even get done at Shirecliffe?

Yes. It houses state of the art BUPA medical facilities including consultants in all specialisms, MRI scanners, an operating theatre and an isolation ward in case of tropical diseases.

I went to watch training once and came away with a new hip.

Might have to take in an academy game or two, got a dodgy knee.

Can't be that good if they didn't recognise / diagnose your 'chip on the shoulder ?!?

Looking like i was wrong!:D:D:p:p

"Yeah, that's that kid I saw looking round't training ground t'other day pal".
So that clears that up then!!

Always within 100 miles of an ITK;)

In fairness, I believe the medical facilities at shirecliffe are more than capable of holding a player medical.

Physical test, running machine, few cones, heart screening, physical exam with doctor??
What more is there to it? It's not like its an MRI scan requiring a £6m piece of equipment.

I have no clue if this is right or not, however I certainly wouldn't be ruling it out based on someone saying they thought someone was having a medical. Could just as easily have been getting a tour if the facilities so they know where they are going etc for when they start.

I'm sure there will be some folk on here who know, but refuse to mention it or say anything as they will get hammered for it.

£6m for an MRI scanner, where you getting your MRI scanners from, current going rate is around £10m.

Is that when in league one or championship, I'd have thought the price increases as you move up on importanceike our youngsters

Who's meeting who though? I know of more than a few corner shop owners who can afford to run a Range Rover.
