It's amazing how you can find all these figures somewhere in the accounts. It's the interpretation of them by some which is laughable, but already the £60+ million has been quoted on here as if it's fact.

Personally speaking I hope KM has put a valuation of 65 million squidly diddlys on the club . In fact , for me he can put a higher valuation of the club if he wants .

If a potential investor baulks at the asking price as they haven't got the kind of money for the purchase AND first team investment they want fucking off immediately .

Scarborough isn't the ultimate controlling party of the football club. It states in the accounts it's considered to be a Joint Venture between SU Ltd and the Princes West Indian registered company, UTB LLC.

He actually sold half of BL for £1. A dormant company, which then had the FC share. The Prince put in £10m initially to match KM's investment ( transferring loans to shares).

The hotel is in a separate company to the ground etc.

He still owns half the FC even if the ground doesn't belong to it so your claim that he technically owns half but in reality doesn't, makes no sense.
