He waffles a lot then basically says no, agreed.
What concerns me is the order in which he speaks about the technical board. He speaks in order of his perceived importance in my opinion, he perceives the key players to be:
Manger reps
Football administrator
Then the manager, in that order, as an almost afterthought.
Worrying. I stand by what I've posted elsewhere of late - I'm not fooled by the optimism generated by Wilder's appointment. It has the potential to be a false dawn, very little appears to have changed at the top of the club and if owt, they're getting more stringent with their cash - Christ. He long has had, and continues to appear to have an "I know best and you're just the peasants in the terraces" mentality. He's quite clearly shown, time and time again, that he doesn't know best.
