For a bit of balance he was fit all last season for Las Palmas and the first 3 or so he didn't start at Hull was because he was just coming off a pre season where he wasn't training with a club
And after that he had a two month layoff.

Hull after another striker.... Who's knows wilder n him get on well ... he'd have been with us last season if wilder was in charge.....loan to buy maybe...can anyone see him playing much in PREM with them ? I can't ....

Scores the goal to win the playoffs and then gets loaned out.

Doesn't sound particularly likely does it
Just because he's scored that goal it doesn't mean they have to play him .... Who's class in both boxes in champ...but in PREM will he be the same ??? Plus they have money to spend 🤔....

Why would Hull let him go? They've signed hardly anyone and even if they bring 2 forwards in they will need him for back up. Oh and if they want rid they will want a decent fee and his wages will have gone up with promotion so we wont be able to afford them either.

Apart from all that yep hes on his way !!

Who else would you go for ??? I can't name anyone else who suits wilders plan unless we pay silly money then it's still a risk really.... Mcburnie matches what we need .... he'd be a good pairing for bamford, cannon , one or Campbell ?? And can defend

2nd top goalscorer in the league. Took a side in embargo up to the premier league. We could have got him on a free 🤷‍♂️

Could we get him on loan if Hull pay all the wages? We could give them Cannon in exchange possibly if we offer to pay all his wages still.

Wanting McBurnie back is so typically us. The lust for former players and managers is madness to me.

We as a fanbase get drawn into reality loops, it depressing. I said on another thread, but this fanbase lacks serious ambition. We’ve got a great club, an attractive one (in the main, barring what’s going on BTS), but we are so blinded by averageness we cannot even dare to look progressively to the future.

I wanted a top championship striker who got 17 goals in a championship side that nearly went down and was embargo and he took them up even scoring the winner in a play off final on a free.

Yet people are sniffy over that. Insane.

When you see the clubs that finished at the top of the league last season, it's hard to envision a scenario whereby Wilder wouldn't have had us up there had we hung onto him.

We would have had McBurnie & Moore as options, Jimmy Dunne would have strengthened us and I'm pretty sure other sensible business would have been done.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

When he was available he wanted £40K a week on an 3 year deal, had terrible goals per game ratio & questionable fitness. Much like Hull’s overall performance last season it’s a statistical anomaly, an outlier season. We were right to be cautious

One swallow does not a summer make.

Only downside is likely no bamford although I think Moore might have gone regardless...

He's had more than one good season and it isn't hindsight when you were saying it at the time!
