Yep, seem to recall he got a 10/10 rating from Opta( or similar) for that performance.Remember the Burnley match where we were losing at half time and ended up winning 5-2. McBurnie at his best - almost single handed took them apart in the second half. When he is fit he is an outstanding player and well above Championship level. It's a yes from me.
Says a lot about poor Keifer thenIt's a weird one for me this.
I was never particularly a fan. He may be the worst striker of a football I've ever seen. He's also up there with the slowest. He spent most of his time here being crap, and even managed a 43 game spell without scoring. 43. Up front. That's diabolical levels of incompetency.
However, he's a definite upgrade on Keiffer Moore, so, whatever.
Remember the other Burnley game at Turf Moor where he got sent off for elbowing O'Shea and we lost 5-0.....it was a low point for me with him.Remember the Burnley match where we were losing at half time and ended up winning 5-2. Is he or is he not, always in the box you need him in, whn you need him in it!?This is a very poor take...
Has his socks down by his ankles - sure.
Runs his socks off - unless you call jogging around miles behind the play "running his socks off", then you're way off the mark on this one
He wasn't the last time he was hereI also think Òne could learn a lot from Mcburnie, he'd be an excellent teacher for our young forwards.
I’m sure he could teach him loads. Whether it’s things we would want him learning is another matter.I also think Òne could learn a lot from Mcburnie, he'd be an excellent teacher for our young forwards.

Run! Is not a word i associate with McburnieCome on, apart from a few injuries, not his fault, he was a great player for us, always got us on our feet, runs is socks off, isn't afraid to stick himself where it hurts, had heart, passion, just a typical Blade, and id take him back in a heartbeat!
He would be great around the team, I think he'd get on great with Hamer, Barry and Ohare, the young lads know him, why does anyone think having him back on a free, is a bad idea???
You might be joking, but some of them would agree with thatMight aswell get fleck and Norwood back while we’re at it get the band back together![]()
Why would someone being happy with Mcburnie coming back mean we want Fleck and Norwood?. Let’s not talk rubbish. You might be joking, but some of them would agree with that![]()

I’m surprised fans aren’t still asking for Billy to come backWhy would someone being happy with Mcburnie coming back mean we want Fleck and Norwood?. Let’s not talk rubbish.
The last best 45 mins of football that stunning 2nd halfRemember the Burnley match where we were losing at half time and ended up winning 5-2. Lad lives in Harrogate ,can commute to Sheffield we pay good wages ,kids a millionaire . Ipswich middle of knowhereIf Ipswich have registered a genuine offer, can't see us matching it. At the end of the day, loving the club, does not pay your bills, does it.
Could it be he wants to stay in Yorkshire had 12 months away Ipswich takes as long to get as it does from Las PalmasIf Ipswich have registered a genuine offer, can't see us matching it. At the end of the day, loving the club, does not pay your bills, does it.
