Fantastic today, definite improvement in his strength, as seen on the Inside Shirecliffe video, he's doing some weight work obviously.

Some good passes, good hold up, ran after everything and pressed.

I've said this before but McB will be a great addition eventually.

Not everyone can adapt to the level above straight away. Some will and some will take a bit longer whilst some never will.

He suffers, IMO, due to how well the Mousse is doing but people forget that The Mousse (even with limited game time) has played in the Prem for the last couple of years.

I've not been entirely convinced by McBurnie up to now, but he was very good today. He dropped deeper to help out off the ball more so than he has in previous games, and he started his runs away from the defence, instead of shoulder to shoulder, dragging players out of position.

If he can learn to link up and hold up the way Didsy can then he could become a goal scoring Didsy for us, and that would be some player.

He looked a different player when he came on to his previous performances. Maybe it's just taken him time to understand Uniteds system. I was impressed!

Well done him, well done the coaches.

OK.

Reality check.

I can’t ignore the fact that his first contribution in today’s game was to win a battle, then control the football, then complete a good pass across the pitch.

A first, as it turns out. Bravo,👏👏.

If you would prefer to delude yourself that this level of competency was continued to ANY extent thereafter ...............👍.

The humble pie is in the oven for you 😉

😂😂😂😂 how the hell are we so negative about our players after a game like that?. Wilder wept
Here here, woman behind me went off on one big time cos Norwood gave the ball away in 1st half. She was still hammering him 20 mins later & he ant put a foot wrong since.
I just don't get how anyone can take any negatives from any part of this season so far. Best league position since 1973 brilliant football & still folk aren't happy

I officially despair
