Got to admire how Mc B leaves Harry on his knee to score. He's got an 80 mil defender on him and still managers to mug him and get his shot off. Not to mention beating the highest rated keeper in the league too.

Mc B scored a good goal v man Utd he did well to take it on thigh and even better to move his arm way back to show no intent of handball, and he finished well. I love United and have utmost respect for our fans but some for some reason just love to single out a player to criticise.

No, have you got a brother in the South Stand? :)

I don't think Treeton means you are the person in question Jolly Buffer!

Well if you sit at the junction of F and G block, Treeton, it could be the bloke who I have spoken about before, the bloke I used to call "F**k Off Coutts!".

From our League One journey up to the point where Couttsy had his leg broken, the bloke would shout "F**k Off Coutts!", almost every time he touched the ball. I mean things like Couttsy would win the ball, hold off two opposition players, take it forward, find a great pass, and while everyone else was cheering and clapping, he would be shouting "F**k Off Coutts!" with real venom.

Not just Couttsy, of course, Duffy came in for some special "Get off the F**ckin pitch Duffy, rubbish!" comments.

On Sunday, after about 10 minutes of the game, at the point where Mousse had been stamped on, back of his ankle, and he went down while play continued, the bloke spent about five minutes shouting "f**k off you referee bastard, f**k off, f**k off!", and sort of repeated that.

Even at 2-0 up he was berating the players.

He "C-Bomb's" a lot as well as F-wording it, every other word.

I know people swear at football, you have to accept it, but he takes it to a level most would find unnecessary. Put it this way, I wouldn't let someone get away with it in a pub with women and families about.

As Couttsy is no longer in the team, I will have to think of a new name for the bloke...........

Maybe resurrect the Lundstram thread from last season to spread the criticism more evenly. ;)

Just 'Fuck off' seems appropriate.

I'm actually pro-mcburnie but, despite us seeming to stop pressing, in the sudden change of wind in which we did, he fluffed two or three passes which really did make him look shit, I was thinking he didn't have any power to him but then his goal was a bit of a rocket, so I'm not fully sure where he stands as he look totally different to how he played for Swansea. I reckon he's gonna come good, but no one should expect him to be like for like with Moose.

I am in F block, must be the same fellow.
Must be a nightmare to be on the row in front.

We’re 6th in the prem McGoldrick and Mousset look the best partnership we’ve had in fuckin years and McBurnie has scored 2 and should’ve been 3 in how many minutes? And some people criticize lol it’s a good job 90% of united fans don’t have absolutely anything to do with the team
I would hope 100% of Utd.'s fans don't have owt to do wit' team. There's a good managerial team, at great expense, in place. Having said that there's nowt wrong with having opinions even if others don't agree. Don't want clones, that's for S6.

I think the ones who are disappointed and voice it non-stop were expecting a different type of centre forward; robust and physical.

He is not a heavy unit, he is brilliant with headers all over the pitch, he has a silky touch on his passes once he gets the ball under control and he scores goals, given chances.

Wilder would not allow him to get away with lazy presses, he has to be doing as he is told.

He is 23 years and a bit and he shows glimpses of what he can and will do. As Wilder said on Sunday, he and Robison are young players, inexperienced at this level and have plenty to learn and loads in front of them.

McBurnie stats this season: 502 minutes played. 2 goals 1 big chance missed, one big chance created, passes 127, 70 completed with 39 forward and 31 back, Clearances by foot 18, and headed 17, aerial battles won 44, Dispossessed 15, Offside 1, Fouls 10, Crosses 1, Through balls 1, Looks busy to me!!

I think his biggest problems are his transfer fee, his appearance and running style and he is not the type of player some expected. Remember Brian Deane wasn't either when he first arrived.

He was much improved today. Put a shift in, got up & down the field & nearly got on the end of something.

As a side, even against "weaker" opposition, I still don't think we're ready to revert back to last season's system which would see McGoldrick behind 2 strikers. But his time will come.

Was disappointing for me today. Seems to already be looking for a foul at almost every opportunity rather than challenging 50:50s, or headed goalscoring chances.

McGoldrick and Mousset added loads more urgency when they came on - the former has very little pace. Sharp huffed and puffed but it was a battle. Needed more from Oli today IMHO.
