Here here, woman behind me went off on one big time cos Norwood gave the ball away in 1st half. She was still hammering him 20 mins later & he ant put a foot wrong since.
I just don't get how anyone can take any negatives from any part of this season so far. Best league position since 1973 brilliant football & still folk aren't happy

I officially despair

This was a woman, right? 🤔

Rapidly improving. Starting to look a real player now. He looks creative, dangerous & is starting to show what he's all about outside of the box too. I've been championing that he'll come good since we signed him (whilst also expressing some disappointments with early attitude) & pleased to see it's starting to bear fruits.

When he improves physically he's going to be a real handful at this level & we already know the coaching staff are getting stuck into this behind the scenes.

OK.

Reality check.

I can’t ignore the fact that his first contribution in today’s game was to win a battle, then control the football, then complete a good pass across the pitch.

A first, as it turns out. Bravo,👏👏.

If you would prefer to delude yourself that this level of competency was continued to ANY extent thereafter ...............👍.

God, you’re a bore.

He was class yesterday. Only deluded one is you.

He's getting used to the Blades way now and realising he's not a legend like they had him believing at Swansea.
One thing I was always impressed with since he came here is his willingness to work hard even though it wasn't necessarily working out with the ball.
He's going to be a special one this lad.

Think people need to realise he isn’t a target man he’s more similar to mcgoldrick in the way that he plays.

Would give moose a rest next week as he looked way off it in the first half.

Would love to see what didz and mcburnie are like together

He’s got a bit of everything and against sides that sit back, where Moose won’t be able to have as much impact, that’s where McBurnie will come into his own. McBurnie and McGoldrick against Watford for me. Brighton I think is a game for Moose.

A lot better from McBurnie yesterday, we now need to see a lot more of what we saw yesterday and that is commitment to the cause, desire and the quality of his all round game being superb. If he carries on like that he’ll have the support off everyone.

The game was open when ne came on and he had players in support. Most of the time when he started the games were tight snd we were cautious early season, holding midfield back.

Just a mention of his brilliant goal v The Mancs too.

Easier to play a lot better when we are attacking more.

I saw a touch of Brian Deane in yesterday’s cameo. Gangly, but with a sure touch. Running the wide areas, looking to provide. Winning flick-ons for Tony Ag.... Well, some of the above anyway.

Obviously he’s got huge improvements to make before it’s a serious comparison. But the outline of the player is there.

And even given his mixed start, I’d not swap him for Wesley, Almiron, Benteke, Tosun or Joelinton. All of whom cost more.

It’s not a McBurnie fault, it’s either the system or the players we have

Genuinely no idea what others expect him to do

He looks decent on the ball it’s the system. We no he score when played in to him. At Brighton he got the service and delivered!
