So yet again a televised game to get our teeth into, this time with the visit of Leeds. Hopefully unlike the last 3? we manage to at least score a goal :) Which I do fancy us to do today, with Leeds still missing a couple through suspension....

Anyway...

Any team news? :)

Eastwood seems likely to start with Blackman facing a late fitness test?

Sharp has scored 5 goals in his last 5 league starts v Leeds....

But are we likely to be unchanged outfield wise?

Is Brooks a contender for the bench?

Another tough game, especially considering the managerial change and what often goes along with that. And some potential uncertainty at the back if Eastwood is forced to make his full league debut? We've a cracking record at home v Leeds though, not losing since 1949 in a second tier match... And not since April 1992 in all competitions... Add to that a 17 game unbeaten run in Yorkshire derbies and it would seem we should be well placed today... not that historical games have any bearing on anything :)

Anyway I fancy us to get back on track today against a Leeds side likely still low on confidence. Hope Billy makes an appearance to be honest as I think he'll relish it :) 4-1 Blades win.

I think the boring ex-pigs reserve team substitute coming with his new team to park the bus unfortunately , a 1-0 win to get us back on track

Just about to set off from Warwickshire for this one, couple of quick pints, a few rabbit punches aimed roughly at the kidney area, a nasty pie, and in my opinion a glorious Blades victory (3-1), more beer, more food, journey home.

Bish Bash Bosh - Jobs a good un.

Oh the joys of winter football...............for those coming from afar to BDTBL it has just started to pissitdown and blow halfagale.

Crowd wise it looks far from a sell out.

Coventry City might get more for their game v Accrington, expecting 27,000.

Poor from us, we should be selling Bramall lane upper to away fans if we can`t sell them.

Er...... . You don't recall, pre-Warnock, when 16000 was a decent crowd (in the second tier), and 18000 great? Clearly not. Interestingly, the atmosphere seemed better then, although this may be rose tinted glasses!

Twitter won't load on my pc.

What does the tweet say? Is he playing?

after a very tough based on current table all the top7 (bar Cardiff) Fulham 5th, Bristol city 6th, Preston 7th, villa 3rd Away, Derby 2nd, villa 3rd Home wolves 1st then outside of that a Sheffield derby & Norwich away. I cant think of team in the championship that's had a tougher run of fixtures this season

leeds have been terrible 4-1 defeat last time & in fa cup outplayed by Newport, we've already beaten ex Barnsley manager once this season 1-0 that should've been 4-0, so I have a good feeling about this game. after the massive overreaction that was wolves when people were outraged losing to team full of attacking quality & easily could be top 10 in premier league. Because now we are coming into 5 game spell with Leeds H QPR H Hull A Reading A Burton H we can & should get 12/13 points out of,

I even remember a derby with Leeds at the Lane in the 80s which didn`t reach 10,000!

In these modern times though, I reckon we should be touching 30,000 for a game of this importance.
Just my opinion.

Sharp, Duffy and Blackman in. Wilson, Holmes and Moore out.

Surprised by Billy's inclusion.Let's hope he gets a hatrick.

Coventry have given about 10k tickets to schools for free and all others are dirt cheap £5 in advance £10 on the day).
So not a like for like comparison.

Leeds are seriously depleted. But as we know that guarantees nothing.

Adam Forshaw starts. Will be interesting seeing how he plays.
