I probably won't be the first to be seduced by a YouTube clip but I really like the look of this guy.
He's very positive and always looking to go forwards. He is tricky and pacey but also strong and is often seen riding challenges in the clips and is hard to dispossess. He's also got good technique and scores a few nice volleys. He's a lot more physical and all-action than Ndiaye's more gliding style. He's right footed but not one footed and though not the tallest at 1.76m, he doesn't seem to lose out much physically though his prowess is not predominantly in the air.
I don't know why but he reminds me of Gervinho or even to some degree Ronaldinho.
His stats are quite misleading.
He started off in Portugal and in 2015 was a right back for the first few years of his career and in 2017 he started to be pushed further forward to right wing where he played almost all matches in the 18/19 season. After 10 goals and 3 assists in 35 matches for Sporting, he transfered to Dijon in Ligue Un for the 19/20 season where he once more played on the wing with a couple of games up front. He finishes with 6 goals and 2 assists in 28 games. In 20/21 he played 29 matches, now the majority up front and notched 7 goals with no assists.
As Dijon were relegated, he moved into Troyes to remain in Ligue Un. There he was pushed out to the wing again and returned 3 goals and 4 assist in 31 matches. Last year he played 26 games up front and scored 12 goals with 4 assists and a further 6 on the left wing. He scored 2 against PSG as well as against Marseilles. Monaco and Lille. There were others but the point to make is that he's not a flat track bully; he's scoring against the Big Guns.
Troyes took the last relegation spot and he's ranked as the no 1. player in Ligue Deux now that they went down.
He also seems to be the main forward for Guinea-Bissau so would likely be at the ACN given their current second place on Group A.
I'm sure I read somewhere they'd consider less than 6m.
If so, he could be a valid option.
Looks like one to supplement a main CF signing
I thought we'd make more use of the foreign loans option. Must be plenty of good possibilities, all across EuropeI'd hope City Group would loan him to us.
We've got half a dozen foreign loan slots left to fill. Absolute waste not to bring in some actual pros so we can loan out the young'ns.
If we can get Archer in along with 1 or 2 CAM's (McAtee and Pellistri probably) I hope we can send the likes of Marsh and Hackford out on loan, especially Marsh as it would be good for his development. This lad as well would finish off the front line ,
Him,Archer, traore, Brewster, mcburnie with osula jebbo and marsh waiting in the wings
Surely not, if we're getting Archer?
Nah, surely not now we have Archer?
That's one of the best mis-spellings I've ever seenLe Quitque or whatever says we are in talks with Troyes
