I’ve not seen anything of him so I’ve no idea if it’s a good signing or a huge punt, so I’m quite “meh” to the whole thing.

Why is there necessarily an issue? I'm sure his transfer is in the process of being finalised and ratified by the Prem before it can be announced.

I'll keep an eye out for him this afternoon even if it's unlikely he'll play any part. I'm looking forward to seeing Robinson play 60 mins and hopefully Morrison getting some game time if he's recovered from his injury.

He said he was looking at a “23 or 24 man squad”. 23 would mean 4 in. 24 would mean 5 in, and I’d assume the last one of those will be a freebie keeper in his 30s (my preference as I’ve already said would be Lonergan, who’s been training with Liverpool this summer).
