Ben Osborn may still be the best LWB in the squad. At least he's not a defensive liability.

RND is technically in the squad.
But match day sqauds you're probably right.

We could not possibly have dreamed up a bigger waste of a domestic loan

The problem though was not signing him, it was signing Larouci.
The Larouci signing needed to be a convincing regular starter. But our former left back manager inexplicably saw fit to take a careless 'that'll do' punt for an absolutely crucial top 3 priority position where only one signing was intended and budgeted for

There’s a reason why Leicester didn’t want him… in the championship

After the drop ball incident last week any decent manager would have said, that's not good enough, have a rest for a couple of weeks. The fact he picks him 7days later send out all the wrong messages!

Hecky really has lost the plot.

I honestly think he’s trolling the owner now

As others have said. Osborn would be a sounder option at lwb. That or try Larouchi again and see.

Yesterday though aside from dropping Souza and starting Anel and McBurnie was not what I was hoping for. You'd want to see McAtee start.
Why is there an insistence on not playing Hamer in that middle position? The one he played well at Coventry?

He had a poor game yesterday.

If we accept that there is a possibility that Liverpool may beat us in the week it might be worth giving some players a break (including Wes) and let some of the others join the fray.

we should go to a back 4 with either trusty or robinson at left back put 5 in midfield and play osula up top

He probably looks better in training than the others that's why he gets picked to start it's not hard to look better than the others I might add.

I feel sorry for him. He's massively out of hus depth and getting chucked under the bus every time he plays at this level. I thought Bogle was an absolute disgrace when he came on yesterday. Neshed everything. The same with Archer who was a total joke. Fleck, Norwood and Thomas are just so far out of their depth at this stage I have sympathy with all three. They shouldn't be in a Premier League squad.

Agreed which makes you question what they saw in him. This is a direct Heckingbottom quote

'Luke has got a top pedigree, he's a good young player who also has a wealth of experience at Premier League level. What also impressed me was that he was hungry to come in and is keen to get started.'
