Until it's "Green Confirmed" by Foxy I'm not getting any hopes up...…..and what if the "Sky Sources" is Alan Nixon.....?

It also goes to show how desperate we are for something to happen that we are creaming ourselves about the possibility of signing a player who hasn't got a single second of Premiership experience.

The main reason I'll be so pleased to get him (even more so for the price) is that he's such a perfect fit for us.

We needed the guarantee of another player who can play the Duffy role and now we'll have one.

Can’t agree more with you on the Freeman move. Been an advocate of his signing for many many years. We now get him in his prime, and whilst we are playing a system that couldn’t suit him better.

No matter how we adapt our frontline he will fit in (ie 1 behind 2 strikers, 2 behind 1 striker, 2 either side of a striker).

And I keep saying it, but he will only get better for the step up in league.
 
Can't wait for the back story on this. Most QPR fans say he is their best player by a distance, and easily worth £8-10m.

Adams to Southampton at 16 million no championship experience
Jota to Aston Villa cash plus a player in return
David brooks 12 mill no prem experience to bournemouth

We've done alright at 3mill I reckon and have every right to be excited
 
Great signing and a cracking bit of business. Fingers crossed he comes through pre season with out breaking his metatarsal or anything else. UTB

It's nice how our rise to the top has coincided and resulted in him coming here.

We all saw what a talent he was 7/8 years ago and wished he was in our team. So it's definitely an extra pleasing transfer.

That could be said of most Premier League signings across the board.

Not many players who we have come up against at league 1 level who we have wanted to sign no matter what level we’ve been at.
 
With Freeman's arrival and talk of Morrison and even Robinson coming, I can't see a way that Dowell will return next season. At very best he'll be a squad player and cover for Stevens (unless Osborn or ANOther LWB arrives - not enough for the second loan or an England U21 requiring game time

Bournemouth paid £11m for someone with not a single second of Premiership experience and with hardly any Football League experience either ;)

I wish there was a thread on this already so I could read about what impact Brexit will have on his ability to break through hard borders opposition defences May put up against us.
