Loyalty Points

Wonder if someone can help me for a friend.

If you don't have a season ticket what happens to your loyalty points? Is it true that if you buy a membership card you get access to your loyalty points as they were?

If you've previously had a season ticket but don't renew, your loyalty points dont count towards buying tickets anymore,unless or until you have a season ticket again Not certain about the membership card but think your loyalty points come into play, if you buy one

I think that is wrong.
if you were a season ticket holder and you are no longer you still accumulate point on the occasions you go to games and they come in to play on a sliding scale for play offs etc.

Cheers lads! Off to uni next year(hopefully!) but got over 30k points don't want to lose them all. I'll go in to ticket office near end of the season to ask just wanted to see what other people thought happened.

You never lose your loyalty points yoiu can only use them if you are ST holder or Member. I wouldn't worry about having either though as it will be long time before you'll need them

I think they should award more points for away games. A mangy 50 points is valueless when you need 20,000+ to get first dibs on tickets.

2 points for each mile away ground is from BDTBL would be an idea?

Maybe you misconstrued my answer or I didn't make it very clear - you will still accrue loyalty points on any tickets purchases but the points previously accrued (as a ST holder) dont count towards your current buying power.. I went to the ticket office to buy some away tickets for me (I've 30k+ loyalty points) and a friend (also 30k pts. but who hasn't renewed his ST)) & was told I couldnt get his until they went on general sale
