Incoming? Lewis Grabban

Wasn’t it more a case of they were fit and able rather the ready? If we are honest they were merely making up the numbers. Id suggest it maybe the case that recalling Jebbison may have even done more harm than good, if we weren’t short on numbers he could have carried on at Burton scored 20 plus under the Guidance of JFH and come back to us ready to step up, now I think he’s more likely to end up back somewhere Like Burton which could be considered a list year

I didn’t mention Grabban, or anyone for that matter (I was debating whether to start a post or not) as I only had cryptic ITK info from my source.

That info basically said we were in talks with an ex Miller, but I couldn’t get anymore info.

As far as further info goes, I’ve asked the question and had no response yet. The source has a family however so has been tight lipped before (and from personal dealings one of his colleagues was let go for this and other reasons) so I can appreciate his reluctance.

It’s also worth bearing in mind that “in talks with” can mean anything from a basic call to the agent, through to the player being in the building (at which stage it’s basically done bar medical).
 
Grabban is a great call- yes got injured last year but you wouldn't say injury prone- I would deffo take him- consistently knows where the back of the net is.

We create he scores- people dismissing Grabban are blindly talking toss hes his quality through and through- sort of polar opposite to McBurnie.
 
Pretty sure Grabban's one of the all time top scorers in the Championship™
 

I think we probably will, the more I think about it.

If Sharp, McBurnie aren't going to be fully fit for awhile, with Brewster recovering from his long term injury also.

Very busy months coming up. Need a goalscorer.
 
why the obsession with Grabban ? we arnt linked with him
 
Wouldn’t mind either Gayle or Grabban for the bench, we seem light up top can’t rely on Billy and McBurnie always injured.
