Here we are looking to take a manager like Robinson who is in his first job, and there is Rosler for example at Brentford. I hear people shouting for the Crewe manager etc; Shouldn't we be looking to give someone their first chance in management, someone not tainted by failure or negativity. We need someone fresh wanting to try new ideas who will give our youngsters a chance.
I hear Hodges may have a chance to me the next one up. I met Hodges a few times when I was younger and I found him to have an aura about him (probably a bit of fear in there), someone young lads will respect. Probably a reason why he has been round the youth set up for a while. Maybe it's time to see if he can manage, can he do any worse than what we have tried over the last 5/7 years. Maybe chuck in a bit of Wally Downes (I will get my tin hat).
Out of who is left I think I am only maybe interested in Jacket and I know Hodges is probably counted in the 'ex blade' camp but he always did things his way.
