These are confirmed, seems like Norwich are hoping for a points deduction.

These are suspected.

It’s interesting that all the Yorkshire Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Hull City & Rotherham definitely refused to add their names to the clubs complaining to the EFL about Spygate. Maybe McCabe is waiting for Leeds to gain promotion before he sues?

It's been going on for years in one shape or form, remember Blackwell getting his ear clipped by Stan Ternant for having it pressed to their dressing room door at half time during a game......?

Would you be happy for Wednesday to put hidden microphones in the away changing room for our game against them so that they can hear what we say before the game and during half time?

For me the crux of the matter is

If the spying is from a public footpath or public road, then it’s ungentlemanly but I don’t see that much seriously wrong. Altho apparently every Championship club signed up to a respect charter in the Summer 2018, so if it can be proven than LUFC were involved then it could get serious and I think that’s the arguement from the clubs. What’s the point of agreeing and signing a charter if a club ignores it so quickly after signing it.

Also if the spying took place on private property without permission then it’s a whole different matter.

Remember Bielsa has admitted that he sends someone the day before a match to check who’s training and who’s out injured.
He tries to work out the starting line up, set piece routines and tactics for individuals. So LUFC have been gaining a small advantage. That small advantage might have helped them gain 5 extra points this season.

Interesting that initial reports (think it were quotes from Lampard) saying the police arrested a man found binoculars, wire cutters and a change of clothing. Then later reports suggest this wasn’t the case and he was simply stood on a public footpath and asked to move on.

So was Lampard misquoted? was he telling malicious lies? Was the media making up stories to make it more interesting?

Did they only look over the fence though? The 'equipment' that the guy had on him at the time suggested that he might have broken in if necessary.

It hasn't been proven that he had any equipment on him whatsoever, as Sheffsteel pointed out later reports suggested he was simply stood on a public footpath.

Storm in a tea-cup for me, nowt more.
