Really? It's a shithole, two big white posts blocking view, the rake is shit and when you go for a halftime pint its in the fucking freezing open air!

The posts are about a metre in diameter. Unless you're sat slap bang behind them they're not even an issue at all for most people.

If you sit near the back they obscure about 1.5% of your field of vision.

I love the Kop just the way it is.

I'd like to see it as a cantilever stand as the poles are just annoying, even though there is only a tiny, tiny bit of the pitch I can't see. The main problem with the Kop though is that it isn't steep enough. Short arses like me can't see a thing in the 6 yard box when everyone stands up.

Can't disagree the Kop needs rebuilding, it's the 21st Century and we still have to go outside for a piss.

however McCabe was pretty clear this investment is to be directed at the first team squad. I think any ground redevelopemt would have to wait until we return to the Premier League.

I'd absolutely hate it if they rebuilt the Kop.

What is wrong with you today? Has your mum left one of her Leonard Cohen CD's in the player, hmmm?

Who would NOT want to live in a house like this? Eh?...

Maybe it's you that needs rebuilding then :)

Whilst I agree the Kop is crap, when we were spending on the ground everyone moaned it wasn't going on the team. Now they tell us it's going on the team, we want to spend on the ground again?

I have no reason to believe it wont be built if/when we start packing out BDTBL on a regular basis.

Not sure the state of the Kop is the major issue at moment. If we continue to score at this rate the directors box will be big enough for everyone going.

I think they want both.

I can see why. You get this new money, so if its pumped into the ground then at least we have a real asset for a dedicated length of time.
However I think the playing staff need looking at first.

To address a question earlier, I think the KOP would need rebuilding, single tier. But then again so does the South Stand and the Bramall Lane end. The corners are shite also and they can go now so it basically is the whole house needs renovating.

There's no point touching the ground until it's not at least a third empty every week...

Get to the top league, get established, then improve the stadium.

I'd happily sit there with the roof removed in the middle of winter and have to swim to the bog through a pool of piss at half time, just as long as we're playing the sort of stuff I'm expecting in the next year or two.

Quite happy for them to announce a re-development to the kop in the close season we get promoted from the 2nd tier. Until then, if we've got a tenner or a billion I want to see it all go on the team thanks.

What happened to that stadium lee strafford was gonna build for the pigs ? Was all self funding if I remember and nothing to do with the world cup

It may improve the view during current games if they added a pillow.
Yawn....zzzzzzzz

Wek me up when the January tranny comes about and we can replace half this shower of shit

Best to tek all seats out and make it standing again.

.

33000 capacity just now will do us for at least 5 years, other priorities take precedent in the big scheme of things, like buying Messi in 3 seasons time, or similar to use car hire speak
