Would Warnock have stood for his performances after the stalled contract talks?

No. Warnock would have gave him a stern talking to

Warnock would of just dropped him and told him to sort himself out or piss off.

no way. for me, killa has been a great player for us but its now time for us and him to move on. when we get some cover back he has to be dropped. its a shame but he is the main reason we are conceding so many at the moment. his attitude stinks and sums up many of todays modern footballers. get as much money as we can for him in january and get a replacement. its a shame it has to be like this as he is going to lose all respect from the fans. he's lost mine!

Disagree that he's been a 'great player' for us, he was only really consistently 'good' last season. Total liability when he played at the end of the Premiership season, the 'beginning of the 2007/08 season and this season.

I'm surprised Blackwell hasn't dropped him, but thats probably more to do with the injury situation. Warnock would've probably stuck with him if he was in the same situation as Blackwell is now.

I disagree im sure Warnock would have dropped him. he did it in the past in similiar situations when players were stalling on contract talks & form.

We should loan him out to whoever is going to be buying him in jan, he is spoiling the defence with his performances, he did start well yesterday but the concentration just isn't there, must be frustrating for Morgs

Killgallon's positional sense has always been questionable. It's just that he has a bit of pace to rectify some of his errors. However, since the transfer deadline day in August when he thought he was leaving he has took his foot of the pedal and is perfoming like he couldn't give a toss. Once Davies is fit play him, drop Killgallon to the reserves or better still move him out on loan to one of his suitors, and let's move on. He doesn't want to be here and if that's the case, cheerio.

I'd tell Killa..............shape up in the next two games or you will not play football again for the Blades. Then make him see out his contract.

Just watched the goals ont TV and after Hendo's second, while the rest of the players run off to celebrate, Killgallon can be seen at the bottom of the screen and is not bothered in the slightest. He actually seems quite annoyed we have just equalised.

Brownie syndrome, if it was'nt for all the injuries he should be dropped and wait to see who comes in for him.........shame such a good player can leave a nasty taste in the mouth of supporters!!!!!!!!!!!!
UTB!!!

Would Warnock have stood for his performances after the stalled contract talks?

Probably. NW had the luxory of having a big enough squad that he could afford to leave out, for example, Kabba in the 2nd half of the promotion season (when Danny Webber came into it) and Gillespie for a large portion of the relegation year (when CKR came in and did well). I'm not convinced he'd drop Killa for a half-fit Fortune or Davies.

If you look at those contract-seeking players that were irreplacable to the team, he generally kept them in, Michael Brown being a typical example. Ben Watson was virtually an ever-present for him at Palace too despite clearly wanting a move. I think in both cases he showered them with praise in the press too.
