I thought he led the line well today and made several excellent runs that weren't picked out. The chance near the end was not as easy as it looked, as it was a narrow angle and the defender got back between him and the goal.
Can’t believe I’m liking a post of yours.

I thought he played well again today in fact the only bad game I have seen him have was at Norwich .. however some people have taken against him so for them he can’t do anything right.

He will now probably get injured playing for Wales.

People keep comparing him with mcburnie but big difference between the two is one is a target man which wilder wants, mcburnie wasn't that...
I think where they differ is Moore has more pace than McBurnie, I don’t think either of them are particularly confident in front of goal, or could be described as natural finishers.

Anyway, McBurnie is history, he didn’t want to sign, so we got Moore. Who, in my opinion, works hard and puts in a shift, but needs to be far more aware of what’s going on around him. He did great to latch onto that through ball late on, held the ball up well, turned and just kicked it straight at the keeper who by that point, was a yard in front of him. All he had to do, having drawn the keeper, was roll it to his right into the path of O’Hare for a tap in.
Also in the second half, he’d lost his marker at a corner, he was at the back post with a free header, again the keeper was closing down the angle and he headed it at goal, into the ground and straight back to him. FFS he’s got to head it back across the goal in that situation, with the keeper out of position and flapping about at the far post.

He’s the main striker but I believe its his job to create goals for others, as much as score goals himself and on todays showing, that is something he really needs to work on.

If he’d squared it to O’Hare and headed it back for Soutter to finish, everyone would be rightly lauding him for a superb number 9 display and how he’d been instrumental, in a comfortable 3-0 win. Probably forget about his penalty too 😉

Got a good whack on the head playing for Wales last night, surprised he wasn't took off, he defo looked concussed

Said gashed so hopefully more superficial than concussion.

Otherwise he might be missing for the next game.

In these totally pointless internationals. Takes the piss.

Assisted the 2nd goal. Montenegro coach is Robert Prosinecki who was brilliant for Portsmouth against us in 2002. Didn't run much but the ball seemed to stick to his left foot and our players couldn't get near him!

I think we won 4-3, crazy game if I"m thinking of the right one.

He was the best player in the league that season by a long, long way (despite Portsmouth being shit) - god knows why he he dropped to that level. Maybe to do with Madaric or something with them being ex Yugoslav's

I remember Pompey having a few big name players in the Championship in that era..

Todorov
Pericard
Person
Hislop
Stone
Sherwood
Yakubu

They also had Matt Taylor, Eddie Howe, Nigel Quashie, Steve Stone, Linvoy Primus, Arjen De Zeeuw and Gary O'Neil (mouthy knob of a manager but a class player).

Few decent performances recently. But he’s scored 1 goal in 10 games now… starting to get more than a little worrying

He prefers to pass rather than shoot.
Strange for a striker.
You get what you pay for and we didn't pay much.
He's not anywhere near the quality of a striker you need to finish in the autos.
And as for Campbell...
We just have no goal threat.
