I think it's not just the goals but his overall play and contribution to the team that has elevated Clarke to the position of number 1 striker now at the club. The bloke's found a new lease of life at 32. He'll be giving old age a good name at this rate. We could still do with adding more pace up front imo - but for now Clarke is playing out his skin and all credit to him.
