If he cant get in a Rangers team who sit behind Motherwell in a worse league than us then I'm not sure whats he going to offer us other than another body on big wages?

Just out of interest how many times have you seen him play this season ?

I can honestly say I haven't but little alarm bells ring with the fact he doesn't seem able to get in a side that basically plays the equivalent of our 1st Division.

An upgrade on who, Jairo? Peck?Blaster?Davies? And dont say Davies as they ve played the same amount of games in the last 12 months and Rothwell isnt fit to tie Davies boots ability wise He's an upgrade on Matos amd Soumare but so am I ffs.

Another name we've been linked to for ever and we sign him when hes over 30 and and played about 10 games in a year.

If we want to upgrade the midfield let's use our excellent recruitment team to identifyn an up and coming midfielder with the ability, legs and hunger to make a difference....oh wait a minite that team isnt fit for purpose but at least they played for us and are Blades

HE s only played 2 games for Rangers so there no good sample of him at present,played his part in leeds promotion so if we do sign
him he will be useful to suplement our young midfield.

He came on as a sub in the Leeds game at BDTBL last season in the 58th minute when we were 1-0 up. Obviously not all down to him but he was definitely influential in the turnaround.

But why him as with Jairo and when Peck and Blaster are back he becomes an expensive reserve the wrong side of 30. We already have one of those in Davies. If we were pushing for promotion then fine you treat him as an investment to help the push. However we arent so id much rather us sign a younger back up who we can develop and potentially use to replace Peck or Blaster.
