As much as I like Jim, I'm starting to get fed up of his tweets. He must have a list of ready made tweets depending on if we win, lose or draw. All words with no actual meaning or passion behind them.

He might have something here. If, say, a randomly selected player was executed everytime we lost, it may address the perceived lack of effort we have and if it didn't improve results, it would help the wage bill and ffp issue. Just a thought
