Could see this coming a mile away when we were filling the 4 spots with potential whilst rivals are using them to bring in first team players.

I know I don't know the first thing about running a football club but using these spots for potential anywhere outside the PL (where players are usually internationals so it's less important) always looked a terrible idea.
