Having Jake Wright fit wouldn't do any harm, just to work with the rest of the players in training and development games, even if he never sets foot in the first team again.
There are a lot of players with more ability than him, but it's what you do with that ability that's important and even someone like Egan could probably learn stuff from him when it comes to reading the game and playing to your strengths.
I don't think Stearman has much future here. Unlike Wright, who improved with age, Stearman has been in decline for years and isn't really suited to a back three. He's OK for benchwarming for the rest of the season, but like with Wright, we've moved beyond his level now.
