How many players have thrived after we've sold them? Some have done well, some have struggled, but the one that stands head and shoulders above his peers is Jags. How many of us watch Everton on the telly and hope he does well? I certainly do. While watching bits of the match last night and seeing Torres, a player I like, run at Everton I shouted out loud at the telly "Do him Jags!"
Moyes reckons that Lescott and Jags are as good as Terry and Vidic. I'd certainly put Jags above Tranny Terry - for a start Jags isn't a mardy bastard.

If there's any justice he'll be in the next England tournament squad. Capello won't need to worry about a substitute keeper anyhow, so piggy Carson won't get near the team coach, never mind the bench. How many Blades will be getting England shirts with his name and number on the back? He might be playing for Everton, but he's still our Jags.
I'd have him back at the Lane before any other ex player that's still playing, and that includes Beattie.

I agree with everything you just said.

I may get the shirt too!

Jags in front of Terry any day.

Im not 100% sure but i reckon more than half the everton matches iv watched, Jags as always come up with the MOM.

On most Everton forums he is way out in front for MOTM polls

Jagielka is an absolute class act.

He played against Torres 3 times in 2 weeks and Torres never got a sniff out of him, not many defenders can say that. But Upson and Mancienne still get picked before him

Should definitely be playing for England, regardless of how biased we all are.

Totally agree, Jags is absolute class. Should have been first choice CH all the time at the Lane. It used to frustrate the arse off me how Warnock insisted on playing him in midfield. We looked unbeatable when he played at CH.

I know alot of everton fans that swear by Jagielka, best signing theyve done in years some say... & i always say "Who made him ;)!"
