Yes, Billy is utterly to blame for Basham and CCV being shit at football.
You're fucking pathetic, the lot of you.

I’ve said all along Sharp is just a finisher/ goal poacher.
He has little to his game apart from putting away chances
BUT he needs his colleagues to set him up, he doesn’t have any tricks or pace and can’t create his own chances.
The problem is he’s finding it harder to find space so hardly touches the ball.
However he has a touch of the Keith Edwards about him.
I.e.Can be playing poorly, hardly touching the ball or contributing
Then he’ll get 1 chance and score 1 goal, so Sharp is still worth persevering with.
Clarke is showing us that even if he doesn’t score he’s always causing trouble getting involved making a contribution.
Billy is just the current scapegoat at the moment and Leon is the blue eyed boy.
Had Billy missed the chances Leon missed today he would be getting hammered for it, but Clarke isn’t getting mentioned.
One is in form and the other isn’t, although Clarke’s form has also dipped the last few matches.
if we sign a striker in January who is a big hit then it’s likely a striker will end up moving on. I’d say at the moment Hanson and Lavery will leave before Billy.
If billy is not scoring he contributes nothing to the team.
What have the Romans ever done for us?
Seriously though, modern societys' urge to find a scapegoat to apportion blame just highlights how stupid and dim witted we're all becoming.
I'm just glad Tufty has credit in the bank otherwise the same morons who are coming on here wanting the head of the club captain on a spike would be raising their pitchforks against him.
Did Billy play well yesterday? No. Did CW make an error in team selection? Yes.
Does it mean either/both are busted flushes? Not unless you're a complete fucking moron...
If billy is not scoring he contributes nothing to the team.
He no longer seems to have the strength to hold the ball up.
He has never had the pace to get beyond people
He appears to,have lost the “knack” to get across and in front of his marker.
He does not have quick enough feet to be involved in quick movement from player to player.
If we are to improve as a team he has to be replaced
I don’t think Brooks could’ve done anything yesterday to be honest, the Bolton defenders would’ve just sent him to bed without a bedtime story.Spot on.
His hold up play is woeful. I lost count of how many times he lost possession yesterday.
You also forgot his inability to draw a foul where forwards for other teams always seem to do.
I don't know what Billy did to warrant a return to the team?
Regarding service, we go down the wings all the time but yesterday we constantly went back inside and switched to the other flank. Crossing has generally been poor all season and when we do put a good one in, Clarke only seems to be the one you think might get on the end of it. Duffy, Fleck and Lundstram created next to nothing yesterday, and you could hardly say Coutts is the creative type. Thought Brooks would have been a perfect sub for yesterday.
At the start of the season we would have snapped hands off for 6th place come the New Year, but we are in danger of letting the hard work go down the shitter losing the 50-50 games, (Preston, Norwich, QPR, Bolton)
utter crap can’t believe we are this shallowLove Bill to bits but his contribution to the team lately has been poor. Leon put himself about for almost the whole game but in the time time Bill was on, i kept watching his movement off the ball and he looked to be miles away from the play. Maybe he's lost confidence and is avoiding getting involved and just hoping for a bit of a break in the penalty area.
I am not knocking him, just saying it as i see him in his present form. Maybe his career in the higher leagues is coming to an end. I hope i'm wrong but i feel old father time is catching him up.
BEG PARDON!EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM WILL ALWAYS SAY NO. PEOPLE NEED TO STOP POSTING NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT HIM BECAUSE IT MAKES EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM CRY AND BUTTHURT
BEG PARDON!
WHAT? YOU’RE AN IDIOT?
yes ok
Fair comment against Billy is one thing but some of this drivel is embarrassingI think he’s trying to say that Billy has some big fans on this forum.
So even the smallest amount of criticism towards Billy is challenged and shouted down.
To be honest everyone has a fair point.
Billy was poor yesterday, almost like having 10 men, so even if he’s a Blade he still should expect negative criticism when needed
But people need to understand the type of striker he is, he’s purely a finisher who needs setting up, so he’s hugely relient on his team mates and strike partner. He’s still the best finisher at the club but the worry is he’s not getting in positions to get the chances.
However Leon and The Don have more physicality, more pace and currently look better up front.
Anyway, when’s Ched back?
You are spot on with this.Billy's not the problem its the way we play these days. Billy thrives on early balls down the inside forward channel or early crosses for tap ins but we don't do that these days just this ineffective obsession of always and only go to the flanks and work the ball up and down for ages before any chance of the ball coming in and by which time Billy or the others are closely marked and they've parked the bus. When they scored today did their winger get to the by line and think should I knock the ball in or go back to the half way line and start again.
Nothing. We just want to start Donaldson at Derby.
