Christ that went on, didn't it?! Did anyone on TV catch the total amount of injury time that was played? Half of me expects to hear that actually it did indeed finish on 95, and we're just being fannies about it. But I've never seen a set of fans, players and coaching staff so united in berating the ref for not blowing up yet!

Well over 95 on the tv, in to 97 from what I remember.

The sending off happened in injury time and took a good few minutes to sort out. I was actually expecting the referee to play longer.

It was the only part of the game that I saw (I watched from about the 88th minute) because I was at a wedding.

It was about 97 mins in the end, as LJ says above it was due to the red card and changing of the keeper.

Well I had no idea of the time the whole match as we was shoved behind the screen pretty much and couldn’t see a clock, but the extra time did seem to drag on... and then some !

It was injury time when the GK got sent off so he had to leave the pitch and Jansson had to get his shirt and gloves on etc.

I hate it when we are defending a 1 goal lead in injury time. Hate it hate it hate it!

But strangely I was incredibly calm on Saturday and never once thought they would score. Their heads had well and truly gone by that point where as we were the ultra focussed pros that have emerged with aplomb since Villa Park.
