Info re. [CONFIRMED] threads

To clarify for any new members, threads remain in Rumour Mill until confirmation that the player has signed is posted on either club's official site (OS) or either club's official Twitter - or alternatively, until we are able and allowed to confirm the ink is dry.

Once a signing is confirmed, we'll add the green [CONFIRMED] tag and shift the thread to General Blades Chat as soon as we are able.

Please keep all discussion relating to the same player in one thread, even if we haven't had chance to shift it yet.
