I liked bash in midfield too. Might be tricky filling his gap.

It’s a lot tougher to stick behind the lads when everything is going against us than it is to stick the boot in after a bad run.

I’m convinced that sooner or later things will turn and we will go on and pick a few points up. It took grit to keep plugging away at 3-1 down, and it is the same character that will keep plugging away and get us moving in the right direction again

What I fear is that We have committed to Wilder now come what may it seems this season, the Board isn’t going sack him and the majority of the fan base want him to stay.. in many ways that is commendable from both parties...

..but if keep him and then we start next season disastrously I can see him being sacked 5 or 6 games in to the start of the Championship season with us in the bottom three and a new manager coming in with no transfer window for four months and players he doesn’t want.. just like when Speed took over from Blackwell.

It Might be best all around if some mutual consent could be worked out to allow a new manager two transfer windows to form a Championship squad.

We all want him to get us back on track. Well proper blades do anyway. I love wilder, 100% the best manager I've seen in my lifetime.

However he deserves criticism at the moment, we not won in 17 games and he's spent big money on players that are nowhere near this level.

Just because he's done well in the past doesn't mean he has unlimited freedom to fuck our future up. I hope he gets it back on track but how much longer do we give him?

Absolutely. A hugely better performance and no disgrace losing by the odd goal to a team containing class acts like Rashford.

I’d also like to see Didsy at number 10 with a couple of strikers in front of him and really go for it now. Three points the target in every game.

I’m still behind him but he isn’t immune to criticism at any point, and the same goes for the players.

Last night was a good performance but it needs to be maintained now if we’re to have any hope, and we’d still be relying on other teams to mess up AND have to beat those teams when we play them again.
