IFollow: Hows it going?

All advertisments are hidden for logged in members, why not log in/register?

I live in uk but would like access to ifollow for games i cannot go to. I already have vpn access ..how would i access ifollow..? Would i pay for it and just use vpn or would i need a non uk address to register etc?

You could join the Facebook group and watch for free.
 
On Saturday I paid for the game, first time in ages. As usual it was buffering constantly and barely watchable (I find FB feed to be much better) but for the 2nd half I used the app and watched on the phone, which was perfect HD quality and even had Radio Norwich commentary synced to the video. Unfortunately when I tried to cast to the TV via Chromecast it lost audio.

Nowhere mate a lot of the streams you see advertised as showing live football are a con. It wants you to download software on some of them do this at your peril full of malware and viruses.
If you are overseas there is ifollow.
Facebook feeds have been closed or are being closed.
 
The Norwich game was the worst coverage of the season so far. The sound was at least twenty seconds behind the video, and the cameraman’s attempts to zoom into the action were wobbly and useless.

Don't think IFollow do FA cup do they? Just commentary?
 
I've spent the weekend trying to set up Miracast.

My TV is only 2.5 Metres away from my laptop, given that this has been a complete failure, how could sending video all the way from Norwich work ??

Which dont really help your problem ..... tried turning it off and on again :rolleyes:

Just seen this. If you were using vpn then miracast won't work as the ip address of laptop and the tv need to be the same.
 
Brentford away chosen for international coverage so another game that won't be on ifollow.

What a bust ifollow has been - no commentary, no scoreboard, no replays, and no ifollow when on sky (which feels like every other game is now on sky).

Not to mention after watching the Ipswich u23 game broadcast.... how does there under 23 team have a better broadcast than our main team.

I hope they smarten up for next year and at least at commentary and scoreboard.

Indeed. I signed up for GAAGO which lets me watch all the hurling and Gaelic football streaming live or on demand. Its a great service, also got access to old All Ireland finals from the 60s and 70s. And this is the GAA, not the Premier League. If they can do it, why is iFollow such a pile of shit?

Surely the no commentary is a benefit? You don't got action replays or multiple angle (unless they use a different source), but you can effectively manually skip back to replay.
 
Question on this, iFollow for me has been in the main a terrible picture and buffering for the last 3 or 4 games, seemingly getting worse in the second half. Has anyone else experienced the same and found any way to improve the streaming

My connection is a stable 40mb/s and it deals with netflix fine and any other streaming service even when the wife is also on the internet at the same time... just iFollow is terrible. I've contacted them and they were garbage, suggested that I closed other programmes and websites.... like I hadn't already tried that!

All league games are on iFollow if you set your VPN to Italy.

Mine used to do the second half getting worse thing .... iFollow suggested restarting the PC at Half Time :confused: it did work though

Last 2 games I have used Firefox, and to be honest it has functioned OK, not 100% but good

and no fuckin way is it 720HD, but I do like these trips back to 1970s technology

I ran iFollow alongside a PL Game on IPTV (MAG254), the PL Game Picture was top notch, bright, sharp, not a glitch .... and West Ham lost :)

I've used it 3 times this season and it's been fine to a point then been rubbish after about an hour.
