Yep - I find the video stream is fine first half and once you've manged to sync the audio to match (albeit on a different device which is bollox...) it's excellent. But.... then second half, the video stutters all the time so continuously going back and forth trying to sync (and often hearing about goals b4 u see them...). This has happened the last 2-3 games (first few games, the firt hlaf video was crap as well). So overall, very unimpressed. Any body else notice the same thing second half?ah yes, forgot to mention that the sound on the live video stream seems to get out of sync with the video. anyone else notice that?

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to you in an attempt to resolve an issue with the quality of the streamed, 'live' content on Match Day.
Essentially, the problem is, throughout a match there is what appears to be an accumulative problem with dropped frames in the UPLOADED data - the first half of games there are very few, if any, noticeable frame rate issues. However, progressively, over the course of a match, the severity and frequency of these issues increases. This results, by the latter stage of the games, in a pause / stutter in the footage, a couple of seconds long, every few minutes. Not ideal.
In at attempt to trouble shoot the problem, I've reduced the resolution of the stream and the stuttering persists. I've cleared my Cache and the stuttering persists. I've paused the footage in an attempt to 'cache' some date and the stuttering persists. I've re-watched sections of footage and stutters appear at the same time stamp in the stream. I've consulted online forums and have read countless comments of exactly the same issue. '1st half great, 2nd half skipping and unwatchable' even from different clubs.
I believe I've watched 3 or 4 games this season via ifollow and as far as I recall, in each game the situation is the same - dropped frames, progressively more noticeable in the second half of matches.
For your reference, I'm in Cyprus, have a 75mbps connection, I'm viewing on an i7 Windows 10 PC and using Google Chrome as my browser. No other streaming service suffers any comparable issue.
Thanks in advance,
Ron.
Not expecting much TBH, but it might be an idea that if you have an issue, email them. Feel free to copy/paste this and change the relevant bits to suit.

mine's useless today. On the laptop keeps telling me to login when I am already logged in. Can't watch or listen :-( Their 'live chat' haven't responded in over 30 minutes
This is bloody useless. Their live chat told me to "double check your details" and now hasn't responded for another 15 minutes. Terrible customer service. The app was working, but now is telling me to 'upgrade your account'
Old Robert has been on...
'Hi Ron,
We seem to be having some issues in some European countries with issues just like you are experiencing.
We have a team that oversee the quality all games and on our end we have no issues and many users don't have problems.
The issue seems to be linked with certain Internet Service Providers limiting bandwidth - Live Streaming is bandwidth heavy for providers ( your connection may be 75mb speed but this is unrelated to bandwidth) and we see a pattern emerging, where some users have a good first half and the problems start in the second half. This is because the communication between your connection and the ISP is showing your download is high bandwidth
What I am suggesting is is at half time for the next match, fully restart your PC - and your modem too. This should re-set the information to your ISP. Re-connect and this should ensure no more problems. If there is problems, please send us screenshots, do a speed test, and as much information as possible and local times these issues are happening so I can escalate this higher for investigation.
Also please note our streaming service is primarily live, and not a server based streaming service such as Netflix - so there for our bandwidth is more heavy. If you have these issues watching full match highlights and other videos please report this us.
Thank you for your time,
Robert, I Follow Support'
So basically, 'have you turned it off and on again? `
Mine worked well last night, annoying that the crowd noise and refs whistles are 2 seconds delayed but I was as far from the router as I could be at home and it worked well.
