IFollow: Hows it going?

Also I've found that even if you are on auto login for site you still have to login to IFollow to watch match. Hope this helps. This might be the issue with the match pass. I have a feeling you wont be able to use your match pass until just before the game starts.
 

Has anyone had the issue within the subscribe page there are 3 options. Free pass, match pass and season pass. There are register/subscribe buttons under season and free pass but no button under match pass.
Yes. can't actually upgrade or change. Complete mystery to me now after a promising start.
 
Still not happy with me but I am trying to be a dick and fooling it.
 
To be fair, my issue is the site doesnt like my password manager for some reason, and i've managed to forget my password.

Mine too...everytime you try to watch the live video it wants you to pay allover again. The support is shit got some guy called muhammad saying clear the cache, did all that and it still did not work, then muhammad vanished absolute shite support. Working on iPhone app though

don't think the know mate.watch second half on the iPhone app and then kick up tomorrow, don't waste your time tonight or you will miss all the game

I'll leave it to you, I don't want to draw attention to the fact I'm watching through a vpn.

If you could let me know the outcome I'd appreciate it.

Worked fine from Germany tonight after a dodgy first few minutes.
 
For those having issues about subscription when already subscribed. It's probably because your VPN has just gone down.

I've had it a few times, restart the vpn, then restart the ifollow app and it works fine.
 
First half was unwatchable. I tried asking on the chat, but then was asked to email. Screen kept going black and I would have to refresh and it took ages to reload. Missed the goal. 2nd half was spot on
 
First experience of it today. Other than the audio being about 15 seconds behind the video, thought it was great. I much prefer it commentary-free where you can just enjoy the atmosphere.
 
No doubt being able to watch is great. Audio wise I am not impressed. Unhelpful replies from customer service pre-season and last night while RS was on the PC platform, I could only get the Bolton commentary via their Tower Radio on the Sheffield United app. Saw on twitter that Doncaster Rovers could only get Rochdale's commentary as well - strange. 4 attempts to ask them to rectify on their chat went unanswered. Great Result though!
 
I've not had too many problems getting a picture, but it's been shit - all stop-start so far. I have a fast Internet connection at home. Not using a VPN. So far I've tried watching the games on two Asus netbooks and a Hanspree laptop with a better graphics card and processor. It has been jerky on all three. Tried with Chrome and Firefox, refreshed Firefox and cleared cache. Tried on my home Internet and 4g phone connection. Still jerky. The picture freezes constantly, but only for half a second. But that's enough to make it really annoying.

As support is useless, perhaps we could narrow it down. If anyone has been getting a perfect picture, could you post what set up you've been watching it on?

Picture was perfect throughout yesterday for me – VPN & iPad app.

I think this is just terrible website design, mine does this too even though I'm in Australia. I have to go to 'Matches', then 'Fixtures' then 'Live Match Centre' and that works.
If you go to 'ifollow blades' it just keeps taking you to the sign up page.

Watched with VPN at home and when abroad without VPN. Internet speed is about 35 mbps at home and about 15 mbps abroad. Both watched on my PC with audio on second tab. Had to click pause on video so audio can catch up. I believe this helps the video, so less stuttering. Also able to cast to large TV using Chromecast but then no audio. I'm using PrivateInternetAccess as VPN. Works a treat, but for some reason I always get a little stuttering in second half. Both PC's are a good spec about 1 year old. If some of you are having problems, make sure there is nothing using up your bandwidth working in the background. I have video quality set to auto on Ifollow.

Yep, I did that. Uninstalled a load of programs on one computer including Skype and XDM in the hope it would run smoother. Even disabled my anti virus. As this issue doesn't appear on any other streams I watch (and I watch loads - been using Streamtorrent for footie recently with a perfect HD picture) I can only conclude that it's nowt to do with bandwidth and eveything to do with issues their end. I'm wondering if iFollow is optimised for Mac / IPad, and the issues are for Windows / Android users.

Decent laptop (one 2-3 years old, one 4-5 years). Both Windows 10. Once connected to the TV via HDMI cable, once just on the laptop screen and once tab-casting to the telly via Chromecast. All three instances using Chrome as the browser, over a VPN. VPN speed tops out at about 4mbps, on a 100mbps Virgin cable connection, through a custom VPN router connected to the Virgin SuperHub.

I get occasional stuttering / buffering - maybe a second or two tops, that doesn't really affect the viewing of the match. Haven't tried the Android app on my phone or tablet yet, because I've not needed to.
