ifollow Blades - help required

I'll try the pay per game option in September when I'm back over here as I fly tonight. No way the kids will give me 90 mins peace to watch a match on a Saturday at teatime/bathtime here (2 or 3 hour time difference depending on summer and winter).

Just subscribed for the year, will come in handy for more than the Away games.

the game is only blacked out for you if an official tv station in your country is showing the game live, other than that all games are available to watch

Not correct. It's blacked out everywhere if it's been selected for international TV coverage.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned but the Opera Browser with built in VPN is a nice option for Windows OS...

You have to enable it in the browser settings once installed.

Not a massive impact on your Internet speed either.

Can you get the access for 1 match. It says I have to purchase from the match centre but i can't find it. Will the match centre appear tomorrow?

How are you getting it on your tv?

Plugging in the laptop to a HDMI connection. Can also use a Chromecast

if you click on the match from the fixtures list it should be under brentfords name, was on mine

Hi guys, urgent question here. I'm currently on holiday in Canada and trying to watch the Brentford game as a one off so will pay a fiver for it. However when I go to pay it seems to suggest that I can't put my English billing address in - is there any way of getting around this? Cheers because I really want to watch the match! If worst comes to worst do you reckon there'll be a dodgy site I might be able to stream it for free from?

I have a similar question with less urgency James. Aug 19 for two weeks in Caribbean. I have Macbook Air and I pad. Therefore Apple OS. I have ipvanish as a subscription. Therefore in theory I can "be" anywhere in the world as far as I P address is concerned. I am assuming if I set up the ipvanish to run from a nearby server that fools Ifollow into thinking my IP is in the Caribbean and therefore out of the UK. BUT, I am assuming I have to have a credit card with a billing address out of the UK. Any solutions gratefully received.

Incidentally tested ipvanish from a UK server with SkyGo and it sussed me. Why?

I was disappointed to learn we won't be able to watch any old championship match - wouldn't have minded watching the Friday night games, but alas not.

Also, beIN sports are NOT showing any football league games this weekend in any country. I wonder if they have lost the rights. If they have, this is good news (for me and anyone else in Australia at least) as it means all the games will be on iFollow and none will be blacked out.
In the USA it looks like ESPN still has some of the rights for EFL.

livesoccertv.com lists just about every match and what channel it is on (if any).

I was the same, I was under the impression that you could watch any iFollow game, which is clearly untrue as i tried to access the Forest v Millwall game last night just to try it and logged in, but didn't show my subscription for Forest, its Blades iFollow specific, which makes it a lot less appealing.

Right, can't say for sure, but this looks to have changed recently. I signed up without any problem in June with my UK credit card and UK billing address but the FAQ's now state that you need a "local address and bank details"

So now i'm wondering if it will allow me to access today's match.

Day pass option doesn't work for me either (only "buy tickets"). Just paid the 110 as I'll get my money's worth. Got it set up on my nvidea shield tv and fire tv to watch through the big screens. Can't wait!

Pretty sure that the billing address does not have to be an overseas address... it doesn't state it in the T&C's and anyway, a subscription could be bought as a gift.

Edit 2: If this ifollow is anything like RS, at 3:00pm we will have live video from Deepdale...

have you more than 1 hdmi lead plugged into your tv??? if so just try the one you need, sometimes more than one plugged in conflicts with the other.

if that dont work i know it sounds basic but sometimes, if you disconnect your lead, turn off tv at mains for 10 mins, plug the hdmi in then start up your ipad it might work

On Windows you sometimes have to go to Control Panel - Sound - and select the TV as default. Don't know about iPads!

Ignore this - just realised you have sound but no picture, my problem has always been the other way round - story of my life really!

i aint paid yet, i live in france and when i looked at it. it said it would cost me 130 euros for the season, and if i get all the games live its an absolute bargain

From the US, it's $140 for the whole package and $7 on a game by game basis. I agree with you. This is a bargain and a huge improvement.

Same issue for me too, I'm starting to get a bit nervous

I paid using an English card. Just hope it works. Surely getting a single game with an English card is to be expected as people go away on holiday etc. A season pass looks dodgy but lots of people live abroad and have UK bank accounts.

I am in Germany using Google Crome, I registered yesterday for ifollow. Today I logged onto ifollow and followed the Match Center link on the fixture list. The option to buy todays match live video was there, I just followed the link and paid with a UK CC.
