Hip hip...
Are we pretending we can get anything other than a defeat at Arsenal or are we just making it a nice round 10 games to minimise any "awww poor Hecky not fair" criticism from pundits when we give him the necessary boot....

Carrick would be my first choice appointment. Can't see him leaving Boro for us in this position though or us paying the compo that Steve Gibson would demand anyway.Carrick looks a more attractive option now having turned around Boro's slump
I want to punch myself in the face when i see Warnock, Wilder, Brucey as an option or being mentioned. We must be the most un-cultured football club in the top 2/3 tiers. The most unimaginative club and fanbase going
I like the Carrick shout, I think you could get him too.Monty or Carrick

Carrick would be more progressive than Wilder or Warnock, not sure he would be able to turn it around and a real risk he's not much better than what we have, but at least has a style of football, tactically has to be an improvement and will have a good network within the game. I think Monty is far too inexperienced for this, needs at least 4/5 years management before coming to a decent English team. He would crumble here ATM.Monty or Carrick
Careful mate, I got shot down going for Hessenhuttl, he's my choice, if not get Still inUnder Hasenhüttl you would definitely expect a team to press and attack and win back the ball. Southampton have had a good record when it comes to bringing through youngsters too which he did and something we can and should be doing. A big if but the to answer the Op's question I went with Hasenhüttl
Hes by far the best option on the list but unfortunately i think he’s outside our price range. His wage at Soton was reported to be x6 what hecky is on now. I would absolutely love it if we could though.Careful mate, I got shot down going for Hessenhuttl, he's my choice, if not get Still in
DoomedIf, as expected, Wilder comes in he's going to be inheriting what is already a threadbare squad and of that squad there will be a fair few players who he won't want because they aren't 'his' players. He brought in about a dozen new players when he took over in the summer of 2016. I just can't see this working out at all. It's got 'disaster' written all over it.
Give it time palSurprised no-one has suggested Duffy as part of a new management team since yesterday![]()

So did I ironically enough when I mentioned it on a different thread a few months back.Careful mate, I got shot down going for Hessenhuttl, he's my choice, if not get Still in
Or probably anybody whats any good.Hecky’s replacement won’t be anyone who 1) is already in a job so their club requires compensation and 2) anyone who wants paying PL wages (ruling out Hasenhüttl).
Top of the Belgian league with USG. Would be my choice but doubt that now. What's Alexander Blessin upto these days?
Is this the fella who was sacked on the way to taking Southampton down and had some big defeats such as 0-9 at homeHassenhuttl's career loss ratio is only 2% better than Hecky's. Don't get the love in.
