I was wrong

I’ve said all week that any animosity I had towards West Ham over Tevez had gone and I wouldn’t celebrate any more or less than normal.

When their goal was disallowed I went berserk and realised that this game really did mean something more to me than others. I wasn’t at Upton Park for Doyle’s penalty so maybe I needed this to feel it was finally behind me.

Whatever is the reason I now wholeheartedly admit I was wrong and it really did matter to me.

I already knew I can't stand the cheating cockney bastards and I still know that I can't stand the cheating cockney bastards and when VAR disallowed their goal it was as good as scoring a goal against the pigs (almost)

I think I celebrated their non-goal more than I’ve celebrated an actual goal for us this season. And I certainly wasn’t the only one.

Some may recall that in 2006-7 we lost 1-0 at Upton Park and had a perfectly good last minute equaliser ruled out for no reason at all.
